End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Dozy Audio for the software "Rooftop Antenna" (the plug-ins, the standalone app, the presets, the images and the manual). By installing or using the software you agree to these terms.

1. License

• You may install and use the software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control, for one person's use.
• You may use it to make music and sound for any purpose, including commercial releases, film, games and broadcast.
• The sounds you create with the software are yours. No royalties or credit are required.

2. What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent or lend the software, your license or the installer to others.
• Extract or redistribute the images, scene, presets or other content of the software as separate products (for example, as a sample pack or a preset pack).
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, except where the law allows it.
• Remove copyright or license notices.

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Dozy Audio keeps all rights not granted here. Parts of the software use third-party components under their own licenses; their notices are included with the software.

4. Updates

Updates to the same major version are provided free of charge when available. There is no obligation to provide updates.

5. Refunds

Because the software is delivered as a download, purchases are generally not refundable. If the software does not work on a system that meets the stated requirements and we cannot fix the problem, please contact us.

6. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Dozy Audio does not guarantee that it is free of errors or will work with every host or system.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dozy Audio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

8. Termination

This license ends if you break these terms. You must then delete all copies of the software.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Your consumer rights under the law of your country are not affected.
